Small Outing Meetup

We can organize a small scale gathering typically with 12 to 48 players—that we affectionally call a golf “meetup”. Most events are ideal for birthday parties, corporate events, school reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties and more. Our rates include carts and greens fees.

Event Description & Atmosphere

A meetup of this size usually has 3 to 12 consecutive tee times (based on 4 players per group). We will block tee times for your golf meetup typically as early as 11 A.M. during the week and 12:00 PM during weekends.
  • The Vibe: Casual, competitive but friendly, and highly conversational.
  • Duration: Roughly 4.5 hours on the course, usually followed by a 1- to 2-hour gathering at our restaurant or patio.
  • Perks: Because the group is small, everyone gets a chance to mingle with everyone during lunch, drinks, or the post-round celebration.

Typical Schedule of the Day

  • 30 Minutes Before: Arrival, registration, picking up customized scorecards, and warming up in our hitting bays or on the putting green.
  • The Round (4.5 Hours): Sequential tee times every 10 minutes.
  • Post-Round (1–2 Hours): Players gather typically at the 18th hole waiting for everyone to finish. Groups typically go to the restaurant were scores are tallied while the group enjoys drinks, appetizers, and perhaps a prize ceremony for the winning teams and contest winners.

How do I sign up

The contact organizer should call our Oak Hills Pro Shop at 203.838-0303, ext 2, and we will book the time. We will ask you for a credit card just to hold the reservation as we charge you at actual check-in. After sign-up, one of our golf professionals will contact you about possible food options, contest, e.g., closest to the pin, and anything else you need to make it a fun event.
