Multiple Guest Group Program FAQs

What is a multiple guest group? Multiple guest groups are groups consisting of 8 to 48
golfers. This program offers you the ability to book your group in consecutive tee times
well in advance of your desired date. Tee time blocks for multiple guest groups may start
as early as 8:00 A.M. during weekdays and 11:00 A.M. during weekends. The group
discount pricing options are ideal for any occasion, such as birthdays, corporate events,
fundraisers, local golf association events, school reunions, wedding parties, etc. All rates
associated with multiple guest groups are carts only and include greens fees. Tournament
services are available through the Oak Hills Park Pro Shop. Food and beverage options
are offered separately by Odeen's at Oak Hills.

How Do I Sign-Up?

Multiple guest group bookings must be done a minimum of three weeks in advance.

How Do I Pay?

Payment is needed – in full – due at the time of booking, in order to hold tee times.
Cancellations made within three weeks of a reservation will be issued a full refund.
Cancellations made within one week of a reservation will receive a 50% refund.

What If It Rains?

If non-playable weather conditions should occur, groups may be issued a rain date.
It will be up to the discretion of the group if they would like to cancel or reschedule
based on forecasts. No rain checks will be issued in the event of inclement weather.
