Multiple Guest Group Program FAQs

What is a multiple guest group? Multiple guest groups are groups consisting of 8-48 golfers. This program offers the ability to book your group in consecutive tee times well in advance of your desired date. Tee time blocks for multiple guest groups may start at 8am during the week and 11am on the weekends. The group discount pricing options are ideal for any occasion; such as, wedding parties, birthdays, corporate events, fundraisers, school reunions, local golf association events, etc. All rates associated with multiple guest groups include greens fees and carts only. Tournament services are available through the Oak Hills Park Golf Shop. Food and beverage options are offered separately by the Smokin’ Aces Restaurant.

How Do I Sign Up?

How Do I Pay? 

Payment is needed in full due at time of booking in order to hold tee times. Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the reservation and will be issued a full refund. Cancellations made 1 week of a reservation will receive a 50% refund.

What if it Rains? 

If non playable weather conditions should occur, groups may be issued a rain date. It will be up to the discretion of the group if they would like to reschedule or cancel based on forecasts. No rain checks will be issued in the event of inclement weather
