Norwalk Residents and Non-Residents who purchase an OHP Membership Pass
Each year, a member needs to renew his/her membership for the upcoming or current golf season. Renewing members can do it online, and you need to use your current online id and password to obtain your membership pass. Instead of purchasing your membership online, you can buy a pass in the Pro Shop. First-time members can also purchase memberships online, but you will need to create an account on our Tee Time Reservation System before purchasing your membership. The membership pass enables you to receive discounted rates or unlimited play at Oak Hills for the present golf season. Proof of residency is required for Norwalk Residents. You must show a valid driver’s license & one other proof of residency like a current utility bill, tax bill, etc., with your Norwalk address. If you are a Non-Resident, you must show proof of identification, such as a driver's license or state id.
Non-Members and Daily Public Play
Any non-member, including Norwalk residents who have not purchased a membership pass can also reserve tee times at Oak Hills.
Advance Day Tee Times
- Membership Passholder - Any member can book any weekday, weekend or holiday tee time reservation 9 days in advance, starting at 6:00 am online.
- Non-Member & Public Play - All public play tee time reservations can be made any weekday, weekend or holiday, 8 days in advance using our online reservation system.
Check-in & Singles Play
Credit Card on File
To purchase a membership or to reserve a tee time, you must have a valid credit card on file. We need your credit card only to hold your reservation. Cards may be charged, subject to management review if a player does not show for his/her reserved tee time (no show policy).
Tee Time Confirmation/Cancellation
No-Show Penalties and Fees: If golfers fail to cancel his/her tee time within the times specified above, management reserves the right to charge the golfer, who made the original tee time, the original booking fee (walking rate). The fee will be assessed for each booked golfer who doesn't appear. If a golfer is a Limited/Unlimited passholder, the no show fee is based on the resident member rate for the golfer who booked the time.
If a golfer calls after the cancelation deadline and OHP releases and subsequently fills the spot, then the golfer will not be assessed a no show charge. Pro shop staff is not responsible for any assessment.
For pre-paid refunds, whether you booked a GolfNow “Hot Deal” or a ForeUP "Trade Time", you will need to contact GolfNow or ForeUP respectively for a refund. Tee times may be reserved for singles, twosomes, threesomes or foursomes.
Nine-hole Booking and Tee Time Policy
Golfers can book early back nine tee times daily
- Tee times will be booked a full hour after the course opens.
- ALL golfers must book their tee times regardless of membership type.
- You must see the starter before going to Hole # 10 to ensure golfers tee off at 20-minute intervals.
- The starter will also send out golfers according to the schedule.
9 hole play and our 9-hole rate is also available the last hour of each day, and golfers will start their round on the first tee.
