Using the Automated Tee Time Reservation System
at OAK HILLS PARK GOLF COURSE 

RESIDENTS & NON-RESIDENTS can make an advance tee time by doing any of the following:

- Calling the automated tee time reservation system at (203) 604-1273
- On-line at www.oakhillsparkgolf.com, click on “Book On-Line”
- Use the self-serve kiosk located in the Oak Hills Pro Shop

Tee times can be made up to 30 minutes before the actual tee time.

NORWALK RESIDENTS who HAVE NOT obtained an updated Resident ID card must go to the Admin. Office of Oak Hills Golf Course. The Resident ID card enables you to receive resident rates at Oak Hills for the present golf season and to use the automated tee time system. Proof of residency is required. You must show a valid driver’s license & 1 current utility bill showing your Norwalk address. (Those people owning property in Norwalk, but do not reside in Norwalk are considered Non-Residents and are not eligible for Resident ID cards.)

NORWALK RESIDENTS who HAVE ALREADY obtained an updated Resident ID card for the current year and who are 1st time users to the automated tee time system MUST call (203) 604-1273 and activate their membership by devising a 4-digit personal identification number (PIN#) and inputting a valid credit card. This credit card is used to hold your reservation, credit cards are only charged if a player does not show for their reservation. After this initial activation, Norwalk residents can make weekday, weekend and holiday tee time reservations 7 days in advance starting at 5:30am over the telephone & kiosk and starting at 6 am over the internet. Weekday tee times can be canceled a min. of 24 hrs. prior to the tee time.  Weekend and holiday tee time reservations before 11:00am cannot be canceled once reserved.

NON-RESIDENTS of Norwalk can obtain a weekday, weekend and holiday advance tee time up to 7 days in advance starting at Noon. 1st time users to the automated tee time system MUST call (203) 604-1273 and activate themselves by devising a 4-digit personal identification number (PIN#) and inputting a valid credit card. This credit card is used to hold your reservation, credit cards are only charged if a player does not show for their reservation. After this initial activation, Non-Residents can make weekday, weekend and holiday tee time reservations 7 days in advance using the automated tee time system.  Weekday tee times can be canceled a min. of 24 hrs. prior to the tee time.  Weekend and holiday tee time reservations before 11:00am cannot be canceled once reserved.

Once your tee time has been made, please make a note of your confirmation number. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER, YOU DO NOT HAVE A TEE TIME RESERVATION.  All weekday tee time cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hrs. prior to the tee time by using the telephone system, internet or kiosk. WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY TEE TIME RESERVATIONS BEFORE 11:00am CANNOT BE CANCELED. No shows will be charged a resident rate to the credit card of the person who made the reservation.

TO CANCEL A TEE TIME, (have your confirm. # available). You can cancel an entire reservation for your whole group via the internet, kiosk or phone system. TO CANCEL ONLY PART of your reservation, you must call the automated phone system, 203-604-1273, choose the option that says you want to MODIFY your reservation. TO ADD A GOLFER to an existing group, use the internet, kiosk or phone system, but only put in the number of additional golfers you are adding to your group.

All golfers MUST check in 15 minutes prior to your tee time. All Norwalk residents MUST show their Resident ID card at the Cashier / Check In Window.
